In the planning process section of the website I will introduce the elements of neighborhood planning by illustrating them in the existing neighborhood examples and applying them into the hypothetical neighborhood.

In conjunction with the website, there will be a user's manual.  The manual will:

• Document and explain terms used for moving around the website,
  

• Document the planning process contents of the website, and
