The Planning Process

Alternatives - OTR:

Due to the fact that the documentation available little is known regarding the alternatives to the goals and objectives outlined in the plan.  What can be deduced, is that without implementing the current plan:

• Housing conditions would worsen
  
  

• And/or the current residents would be displaced due to the development  of the downtown area and the space needed for that growth.
  
  

• The area would, more than likely, lose its historical and cultural distinctives.
